Stacy Massey PT, DPT completed her bachelor of Health Science with a minor in psychology at the University of Missouri, Columbia. Her career started in St. Louis, Missouri where she practiced in outpatient pediatrics. In 2019, she returned to her hometown of Columbia, Missouri and started practicing with the MU Healthcare system. It was there that she obtained her pelvic health training and mentorship along with the Herman and Wallace Rehabilitation Institute and Evidence in Motion. Through this training, Stacy gained her unique skill set and passion for pelvic health rehabilitation.
Stacy is thrilled to have joined Foundational Concepts, an empowered team of women who take a holistic and wellness centered approach to treating patients with pelvic floor disfunction. She is excited to incorporate her own passion for nutrition, mental health, and physical movement into her daily practice. Stacy values the patient centered environment at Foundational Concepts and looks forward to maximizing each hour-long session with her patients to create an individualized and goal centered approach to their care.
In her free time, Stacy enjoys running and walking with her German Shorthaired Pointer, “Jax”. She trained and ran two virtual marathons throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and is hopeful to run her first live marathon in Kansas City this Fall. She also enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
