Anna completed her Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology at the University of Kansas and Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Baylor University. Growing up around several family members in healthcare inspired her to pursue a career in healthcare. Physical therapy provided a special opportunity to spend time with patients in one-on-one relationships and walk with them in their healing journey.
Anna began her career working in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, seeing patients for post-surgical rehabilitation, joint pain, and older adults with weakness and balance impairments. She began to grow in interest in pelvic floor physical therapy, taking courses through Herman & Wallace and Institute for Birth Healing.
Anna believes it is a gift to walk with each person she meets in this work. She loves problem solving and finding unique solutions. Anna desires to create a safe environment and is happy to adapt sessions to meet each person’s needs.
Anna enjoys time spent with her church community and three roommates. Beyond community, she loves getting outside, running, shopping at antique stores, and taking the occasional ballet class. She wants to help each person return to the activities that bring them joy.
