Courtney began her career as a physical therapist after graduating with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University in 2016. She began her career at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she received a high level of mentorship in both orthopedics and pelvic health physical therapy. After welcoming her first daughter in September of 2021, Courtney realized how integral high quality, empathetic, and holistic care is for women navigating the unexpected changes that can come with motherhood.
Courtney has continued her training through ongoing coursework in pelvic health, dry needling, and has received a board certification in orthopedic physical therapy. As a result, she feels passionate about providing highly skilled, whole-body care, for every patient. She strives to meet each person she works with where they’re at and provide a comprehensive and realistic treatment plan to help meet their goals. She is a firm believer in starting with small, meaningful changes to yield lasting results.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending her time with her husband, chasing her three small children (including twins) around, trying new recipes, gardening, and finding ways to exercise amidst the loving chaos of her home.
