Sydney is a physical therapist who graduated from the University of Kansas Medical Center and has been practicing in the Kansas City area. With a strong foundation in orthopedic and evidence-based practice, Sydney is passionate about providing compassionate, individualized care to patients across a variety of settings.
Her interest in pelvic floor therapy began after recognizing how dysfunction in this area can impact individuals across many different populations and conditions. Motivated by a desire to better serve this need, Sydney began taking specialized courses and exploring educational resources to deepen her understanding. In July 2025, she joined Foundational Concepts, where she continues to grow as a clinician and expand her expertise in pelvic health. Sydney is committed to empowering patients and helping them restore function and confidence so they can lead more fulfilling lives.
Outside of the clinic, Sydney is married and share her home with two beloved dogs and a cat—affectionately known as her fur babies. She prioritizes wellness and balance in her own life, practicing yoga multiple times a week and taking every opportunity to travel and explore new places. This blend of personal and professional passion fuels Sydney’s mission to support others on their healing journeys.
