Foundational Concepts is Growing!

Foundational Concepts is expanding: on July 1, 2024 we opened our fifth clinic! There have been many physicians, providers and patients asking for a clinic in the eastern area of the KC metro, and we are happy to provide pelvic floor physical therapy to this area. The new location will be at 400 SW Longview Blvd. Ste. 210  Lee’s Summit, MO 64086.

We are also thrilled to welcome on board two new therapists, Patty Pampolina, DPT and Tarah Phongsavath, DPT. We are excited to have them join our amazing staff of pelvic floor therapists. They will complete mentorships in the clinic over the coming months as they take continuing education courses and shadow with the FC therapists.

Foundational Concepts continues to grow and change as we meet the needs of Kansas City and the surrounding region. We are excited to take this next step and thank you for your support!
