Pelvic floor dysfunction is more common than many realize, affecting both women and men across different stages of life. Physical Therapy is the first line of treatment, and in recent years, ultrasound imaging has emerged as a valuable tool to assess muscle function and guide rehabilitation of the pelvic floor.
